Damage & Late Fee Policy

Refundable Deposit

The deposit shown on the product page is fully refundable, and is returned after our team inspects the item on return - typically the same day.

Minor wear

Ordinary wear from a single evening is expected and does not affect your deposit. Professional dry-cleaning is included in every rental.

Damage or loss

Stains that don't dry-clean out, tears, missing embellishments or a lost item may be deducted from the deposit - up to its full value for a lost or irreparably damaged item. Our team will always explain any deduction before it's applied.

Late returns

A late fee applies per extra day the item isn't returned past your selected return date, deducted from the deposit. Contact us before your return date if you need more time.
