Terms of Service

Rentique does not process orders or payments on this website. A message sent via Check Availability or WhatsApp confirms interest in renting the selected item for your chosen dates - it is not a paid order. Availability, fitting and payment are all confirmed in person at our store.

All rentals require a valid government ID for KYC verification, matching the refundable deposit held for the rental.

Rentique reserves the right to decline a rental if the requested item becomes unavailable, or if KYC verification cannot be completed.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. For any disputes, please contact our support team before pursuing other action.
