We don't support online shopping or payment, so we don't collect delivery addresses, ID documents or payment details through this website. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled directly by WhatsApp and our team, not stored on our servers.

We do not require an account, so we do not store login credentials. Your wishlist is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and is never sent to our servers.

Any ID or KYC documents needed for the refundable deposit are collected and verified in person at our store, with the same care as any in-store process.

We never sell your personal information.
